LASER RADIATION
DO NOT STARE INTO BEAM
CLASS 2 LASER PRODUCT
A Class 2 laser is safe because the blink reflex will limit the exposure to no more than 0.25 seconds. It only applies to visible-light lasers (400–700 nm). Class-2 lasers are limited to 1 mW continuous wave, or more if the emission time is less than 0.25 seconds or if the light is not spatially coherent. Intentional suppression of the blink reflex could lead to eye injury.

Does it take long to 3d scan/Cyber scan someone?
Depending on the clothes of the person/actor it can take as little as 10 minutes.
Generally we get the actor/person to focus on a point on the far wall and stand still. Walking around them anti-clockwise the engineer will scan their body, hands, face, hair and any other details as required.
We use another scanner to capture the hair and facial details. The engineers will get the actor/person to sit down and slowly turn around as the engineer is scanning all the while focused on a point.
If the person/actor moves the engineer will need to start again.
Still photos are also taken as a reference for use in data preparation.
My factory is overseas and I need some scanning done of my parts/objects. Is your scanning equipment portable?
Each of our scanning equipment is portable and ready to travel. Depends on the scanning equipment required it can come as onboard luggage. Some of the larger scanners and tripods may require Carnets (equipment passports) and will need to be booked in as excess luggage. Costs will vary depending on the airline.
Do you really need a photo of my part/object?
Having a photo of your part helps us with the quoting process. We look at the size, detail and even the colour of the part.
If your prefer Contact Us to make an appointment, we can take a look at your part at our factory or we can come to you.
