Whether it be a hand cast prototype of a person, a car or a building  - 3D scanning can help.

Generally Cad Modellers use photos as a guideline, not only is this inaccurate but can involve alot of trial and error taking weeks to achieve and potentially blowing the budget.

With advances in laser scanning technology what used to take weeks can now be done in half the time, generally only taking days to produce a 3D Cad Model (depending of course what we already have in the shop). Studies shows that 3D scanning could save you up to 75% of the design time.

Wysiwyg 3D engineers are able to capture your part or object with varying degrees of detail and resolution.

If you only need to know where the beam is on that building and not the details eg: nut and bolts we won't capture it saving you time and money.

  • Low Resolution - Low detail and the fastest to capture and process data.
  • High Resolution - High Detail and can take longer periods of time to capture and process data.

Wysiwyg 3D can provide a 3D cad model in your preferred format such as OBJ, STL, IGES or STEP depending on your industry and application. All of Wysiwyg 3D equipment is portable giving you flexibility. Items can be shipped to us in our factory or we can come onsite.
